Essential qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.


• Over 15 years of demonstrated experience in a Development Lead or comparable position, showcasing a robust portfolio of projects utilizing .Net 6+, C#, WinForms, and Threading TPL.


• Proficiency in Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).


• Experience in automated unit testing and adept in architectural design and patterns.


• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of guiding and inspiring a development team.


• Strong analytical and algorithmic reasoning skills.


• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.


• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


• Direct the architecture, design, and development of high-caliber software applications leveraging .Net 6+, C#, WinForms, TPL, and proprietary frameworks.


• Advocate for the implementation of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
