As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across various facilities, equipment, vehicles, and systems. Additionally, you will manage inventory, support custodial tasks as needed, and handle the delivery and collection of supplies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Ensuring that both planned and unplanned maintenance activities are performed punctually and effectively.
- Conducting repairs on small tools, automation systems, vehicles, and other equipment.
- Collaborating closely with Supervisors and the Operations Manager to meet project deadlines.
- Tracking, receiving, and unloading inventory efficiently.
- Performing audits and regular inspections of building structures to identify repair requirements; developing and implementing preventive maintenance protocols to minimize repair needs.
- Assisting management in completing Job Hazard Assessments and documenting any accidents or incidents.
- Promoting safe work practices and procedures that not only meet but exceed the Health and Safety Standards.
- Providing custodial support when necessary.
- Maintaining the exterior of the site, including snow removal and landscaping tasks.

Who We Seek:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Canada.
- A clear criminal background check.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational skills along with proficient reading and writing abilities.
- Capability to lift and carry weights between 25-50 lbs.
