The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of Generative AI, Data Governance, DevOps, and data analytics, along with agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
Your role will involve building strong relationships with various team members, including programmers, artists, and designers, positioning yourself as a trusted resource for guidance and support. By staying attuned to the user community, you will gain insights into their workflows and requirements.
With extensive knowledge of the products you oversee, you will provide the community with tools that accurately reflect their needs and facilitate the realization of the game's vision.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert on Technology Group tools, assisting teams in utilizing available products, onboarding them, and guiding them towards optimal workflows.
- Collaborating with product managers and other specialists to define the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision.
- Working alongside programming teams to design and develop features that align with community needs, while monitoring progress.
- Contributing to the quality assurance process to ensure that our generative models and solutions meet the standards expected by content creators.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI solutions and integrating emerging techniques into your workflow.
- Creating educational materials, such as product tutorials and documentation.
- Maintaining regular communication with the community across Ubisoft to gather feedback, share updates, and assess their needs.
- Identifying opportunities to address creative challenges by leveraging generative AI solutions and enhancing content creation through automation.
- Providing direct support to production teams.
- Experience in project or product management or relevant fields.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, including Comfy UI, ControlNet, and RAG.
- Understanding of generative model fine-tuning.
- A client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to deeply understand collaborators' needs to effectively meet them.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Flexibility to balance planned tasks with unexpected challenges.
- Analytical skills to evaluate products and recommend enhancements.
