BeachHead Inc. is seeking an MFT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for coordinating mass file transfers with external teams and ensuring seamless data transfer between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage IBM Sterling Gateway instances for mass file transfers
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve data transfer issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data transfer efficiency

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in file transfer support or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with IBM Sterling Gateway or similar enterprise data transfer tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory configurations
