Under the guidance of the Director of Credit Risk Modelling – Decision Science, this position is tasked with spearheading specialized analyses of credit risk, developing risk rating frameworks, and integrating innovative data science methodologies to enhance credit risk management for consumer and small business sectors.

  • Development of Credit Risk Models for both consumer and business banking sectors
  • Conducting Credit Risk Analyses for consumer and business banking sectors
  • Overseeing Project Management along with Coaching and Mentoring initiatives

The Senior Manager delivers high-level analytical expertise to oversee the creation, validation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation of models and strategies aimed at origination, portfolio risk management, and collections.

  • Formulates pricing and risk models
  • Monitors risk strategies and portfolio performance
  • Engages in research and develops financial tools
  • Implements industry compliance standards
  • Identifies strategies for risk mitigation
  • Enhances team productivity and promotes collaboration

Qualifications:

Intermediate knowledge in regulatory capital, compliance, machine learning, learning agility, and systems thinking.

Advanced expertise in model risk management, data visualization, data preprocessing, critical thinking, and achieving results.

A relevant post-secondary degree and experience in the field are mandatory.

A seasoned professional with substantial education, experience, and industry insight.

Compensation: $100,000 - $187,200.00

Pay Structure: Salaried
