Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality results
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
