We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Neptunus Yachts International Inc. as a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST/HST and corporate income tax returns.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions and benefits.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Language: Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
