Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Manually sanitize and wash kitchen items.
  • Thoroughly clean pots and pans.
  • Package food for take-out orders.
  • Portion and wrap various food items.
  • Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple dishes.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Employ manual and electrical tools to clean, peel, slice, and trim ingredients.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately.
  • Maintain kitchen knives by sharpening them regularly.
  • Keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits.
