Sales and Merchandising Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum. As a Sales and Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for managing the company's products and programs to selected retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Executing Client Retail Priorities: You will be responsible for executing client retail priorities, including product distribution, maintaining and building new displays, and shelf detailing.
- Building and Leveraging Strong Store Management Relationships: You will build and leverage strong store management relationships to drive sales and merchandising initiatives.
- Providing Regular Merchandising Support: You will provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelf, POG changes, OOS correction, freshness, and other related tasks.
- Preparing and Submitting Required Reporting: You will prepare and submit required reporting on a daily basis to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Providing Feedback and Insights: You will provide feedback and insights to help drive business growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Merchandising Experience: You must have experience in merchandising, with a focus on the grocery channel and Walmart.
- Strong Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store management and other stakeholders.
- Professional Demeanour: You must be able to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with the public and store personnel.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: You must be detail-oriented and extremely organized to ensure accurate and timely reporting and execution of client retail priorities.
- Computer Skills: You must have good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other related software.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adjust to an ever-changing market environment.
- Travel Requirements: You may be required to travel overnight when necessary.
- Physical Demands: You must be able to lift up to 15kgs and stand for several hours to complete in-store work.
