About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Electrician Apprentice to join our team at JDC Electric Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.
  • Participate in apprenticeship training programs to develop skills and knowledge in electrical trade.
  • Collaborate with experienced electricians to complete tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate in electrical trade.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the electrical trade industry.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
