About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including quality, safety, and environmental risks.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
