About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Director and Technical Architect to lead the software development for our groundbreaking, innovative technologies that accelerate AI workloads in large clusters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the software development team and have a strong voice in product development
  • Work closely with customers and R&D teams to understand their technical challenges and requirements
  • Help with product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing teams
  • Recruit and hire the software development team
  • Lead the development of the SDK and reference implementation of network operating systems
  • Work with customers on their technical challenges and requirements during pre-sales activities
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience with computer software, knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols
  • ~ D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive knowledge in, and experience with software architecture of Ethernet Switches/Routers and network protocols in the L2 to L4 layers
  • Extensive knowledge of Network Operating Systems (SoNIC, etc.)
  • Strong experience in architecting and developing networking SDKs
  • Linux Environment and Linux Networking
