Role Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse:
- Delivers nursing care to emergency patients, functioning both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Enhances the quality of life for patients and their families; engages in consultation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Commits to continuous improvement and evidence-based practices in nursing.
- Maintains and enhances personal clinical expertise.
- Participates in designated hospital committees and approved research initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current registration from the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Advanced training in an emergency clinical specialty or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification within the last three years.
