**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise physiology, program design, and fitness assessments, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement personalized training programs for clients, including strength and conditioning, mobility, and flexibility exercises.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to identify client goals and develop tailored programs.
  • Supervise the gym floor, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Lead small group classes, including bike, run, and circuit-based training.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet and interact with current and prospective clients to promote our services and products.

**Requirements**

  • Completed University Degree in Kinesiology or related field.
  • NSCA CSCS or CSEP CPT certification.
  • Experience in strength and conditioning, athletic training, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
