Job Summary
The Server/Serveress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and presenting menus in a friendly and attentive manner
- Taking orders and transmitting them to the kitchen staff via the point-of-sale system
- Providing exceptional service to guests, including serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment
- Managing cash and credit transactions, and balancing the day's sales

Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
