About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of complex software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in web development and a passion for building scalable applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
