Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Pipe Fittings Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the warehouse.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the warehouse runs efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
  • Warehouse setting.
  • Wholesalers.
Supervision
  • 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
