About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Functional Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Commerce team, you will be responsible for actively participating in the writing of functional and business requirements. You will work closely with project/solution partners to ensure that technical specifications match business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in the writing of initial business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to key decisions on product, tools, and method selection.
  • Participate in the scoping, design, configuration, testing, and go-live of cross-functional projects/solutions.
  • Act as the owner of best practices and ensure the proper documentation and sharing of technical/industry standards and best practices.
  • Confirm that technical specifications match business requirements.
Requirements
  • A university degree in computer science, business technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise technology environment.
  • A demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to address requirements.
  • A proven track record of successfully working with complex systems and enterprise APIs.
Assets
  • Experience working with a commerce CMS such as Magento Commerce, Shopify, Big Commerce, SalesForce Commerce, or other.
  • Experience working with an OMS such as Manhattan Omni, Kibo Commerce, or other.
  • Experience working within an ERP such as SAP S4, SAP ECC, or other.
  • Experience working with a reputable payment provider such as Braintree, PayPal, or other.
