Job Title: Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

UPS is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages in residential areas, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages in residential areas, navigating through streets and neighborhoods
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations
  • Meet delivery deadlines, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve delivery efficiency

Requirements:

  • Valid class 5 driver's license or higher issued in the province of Quebec
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg) without assistance and 150 lbs. (68kg) with assistance
  • Ability to read and navigate with map books
  • Minimum 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Clean Driver's Abstract respecting the following conditions:
    • No at fault accidents within the last 3 years
    • No traffic violations within the last 12 months
