Job Summary

Résidence Lachance Sarrazin inc is seeking a Medical Orderly to join our team. As a Medical Orderly, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic patient care and support, including vital sign measurements and personal care.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient assessments and treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, patience, and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Fluency in French.
Working Conditions
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
