Job Title: Senior IT Developer

DSV is a leading global transport and logistics company seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior IT Developer to lead the development of our proprietary Order Management System – eDC. As a key member of our eDC Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and writing code for system improvements following Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in DSV's Order Management information system (electronic Distribution Centre)
  • Assess systems requirements and processes to ensure they meet company standards and user requirements
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems
  • Maintain a clean, scalable codebase and adhere to Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Collaborate with the scrum team to translate business requirements into the product roadmap, EPICs, and sprint backlog
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members

Requirements:

  • Professional master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of frontend and backend development experience with leading technologies
  • Strong experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins
  • Demonstrated expertise in Application transformations (.Net/monolithic applications into containerized newer microservices, Kubernetes)
