We are looking for a seasoned and proficient Manager of Predictive Analytics and AI Solutions to spearhead our advanced analytics division. In this pivotal role, you will harness state-of-the-art technologies in predictive analytics and generative AI to foster insights, drive innovation, and facilitate strategic decision-making throughout the organization. Your leadership will guide the creation and execution of predictive models, algorithms, and AI-driven solutions aimed at addressing intricate business challenges and optimizing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement a holistic strategy for predictive analytics and generative AI projects that align with corporate goals. Identify avenues to utilize predictive analytics and AI methodologies to enhance business processes and results. Team Management: Oversee a team of data scientists, machine learning practitioners, and AI experts. Cultivate an environment of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing professional development within the team. Project Oversight: Direct comprehensive project management for predictive analytics and AI initiatives, from ideation through to execution and assessment. Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes for all projects. Model Creation and Execution: Architect and implement sophisticated predictive models utilizing machine learning techniques (such as regression, classification, and clustering). Deploy generative AI algorithms for applications including natural language processing (NLP), image analysis, or anomaly detection. Data Governance and Integration: Supervise data acquisition, preprocessing, and integration from diverse sources to guarantee data integrity and dependability. Collaborate with IT departments to establish data pipelines and infrastructure essential for analytics and AI initiatives. Performance Evaluation and Enhancement: Assess the performance of predictive models and AI systems, iterating on enhancements to boost accuracy and efficiency. Conduct A/B testing and validation to confirm model efficacy and business impact. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, relay findings, and deliver actionable insights. Present complex technical concepts and results to non-technical audiences in a clear and engaging manner.Required Skills and Competencies
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with familiarity in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and AI techniques. Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and precision. Effective communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within a cross-functional team setting.Experience and Education
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.Educational Background
