Cake Decorator Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Longo's. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a high level of product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer demands
- Stock and merchandise bakery products, including cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery and display areas
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Ability to prepare and decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
