Job Title: Retail Shelf Stocker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Shelf Stocker to join our team at 2373505 ALBERTA LTD. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including unpacking, counting, and stocking merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Restock shelves and display areas to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including bagging and loading merchandise.
  • Operate a forklift to move stock and merchandise within the store.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail or stockroom environment is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
