Job Title: GCP Infrastructure Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Infrastructure Engineering Lead to join our team at Remotivate LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security best practices and implementation, as well as fluency in Node.js and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire company infrastructure, including database management
  • Ensure optimization, performance, and data integrity across all systems
  • Maintain and monitor the website's uptime, ensuring smooth and continuous operation
  • Take full accountability for all aspects of the infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and systems
What We Offer

As a member of our team, you will receive 3 weeks of vacation per year, with flexibility on when to take them, plus an additional week off during Christmas when the entire company takes a break. We also aim to hold one or two off-site events each year, where the entire team gathers for a week to collaborate and connect in person.

  • Data-driven and tech-savvy, with experience in designing and managing robust, scalable infrastructure systems
