Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Over-the-Counter Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and profit goals of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products.
  • Zoning the department and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Keep the area N.C.O. and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
  • Maintain zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
  • Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
