Key Responsibilities

Field support representatives for TALENT Software Services will participate in various health benefits fairs as assigned by the Account Management team.

These events will primarily take place in Central and Southern California.

Participation in a fair entails the following:

  • Arriving at the event at least one hour prior to the start time.
  • Welcoming the Agency health benefit officer or HR representative.
  • Setting up promotional materials and signage at the designated table or selecting a location with high visibility.
  • Engaging with attendees and providing a comprehensive overview of our client's health plan offerings, while being available to address inquiries or direct them to our Concierge team for detailed questions. Effectively communicate the benefits of the client's health plans.
  • Distributing health fair materials to all participants at no cost.
  • Each fair typically lasts for several hours.
  • Completing and submitting fair-related expenses and feedback surveys afterwards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in health insurance
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer or member-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Desirable Qualifications:
- Additional experience in health insurance
- Further experience in customer or member-facing roles
- Enhanced communication skills with various parties involved.
