Key Responsibilities
  • Dish Management: Ensure the cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils by operating dishwashers and handwashing items as necessary.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, appliances, and storage spaces to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of simple food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and supplies at serving areas, and manage the storage of food items in refrigerators and cupboards.
  • Waste Management: Responsible for the removal of kitchen waste and maintaining a tidy work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service.
