Job Title: Senior Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Engineer to join our team at Arc'teryx Limited. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining our Marketing application platforms, primarily based on Salesforce technology.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the dynamic business requirements of our global marketplace.
  • Develop and implement solutions ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Create custom emails, templates, and Cloud pages with HTML and CSS that render properly across different email clients, devices, and dark mode.
  • Build configuration changes including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, integrations, APIs, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and subscriber management.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance and monitoring including security reviews, release updates, email monitoring, and optimizer.
  • Assist in coaching and mentoring junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Engage in continuous learning and exploration of new technologies to enhance our digital properties and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Provide documentation, training, consulting, and insights on Salesforce best practices, trends, and upcoming features to Arc'teryx teams.
  • Focusing on growing and building scalable solutions on our Marketing environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or equivalent role.
  • Knowledge and experience building responsive HTML emails that follow industry best practices.
  • Completed the Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Developer certifications.
  • Experience using AMP script, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Intermediate experience with SQL in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build strong test scripts and thoroughly test your solutions.
  • Demonstrated success working in an Agile methodology, familiar with tools like Jira and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in data cloud or marketing cloud personalization tools.
  • Data Cloud certifications(s).
  • Passion for Salesforce technology and continuous improvement.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of CAD$80,000 - CAD$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
