Job Title: Sales Manager for Expanding Painting Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Home Painters Toronto. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling jobs daily as they are scheduled to you, building rapport with clients, and closing sales at a minimum rate of 45% on all qualified sales.

Job Description:
  • You will be responsible for selling jobs daily as they are scheduled to you, including attending appointments, building rapport, selling our benefits, and closing at a minimum rate of 45% on all qualified sales.
  • Hours can begin as early as 8am and go as late as 9pm, depending on the time of year, with a minimum of 40-45 hours per week in our slow season and 50-55 hours per week in our peak season.
  • Sorry, this is not a typical 9 to 5 job and will require you to be available whenever the phone rings.
Requirements:
  • 3 years sales experience
  • Any experience in the trades is a bonus but not required
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Accustomed to working in a hectic and constantly changing business environment
  • Have a car that can be driven at all times of day or at least a valid driver's license
  • Pass a criminal background check
