We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Strategy Analyst to join our team at ATB Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short and long-term strategic plans for various talent activities, including onboarding, learning and development, and career development.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions to improve tools, processes, and systems for team member development.
  • Design and present clear and concise roadmaps, presentations, and documentation to support strategies for various stakeholder audiences.
  • Manage and maintain a real-time view of programs and products to maintain alignment with strategy.
  • Design, manage, analyze, and report on talent metrics to understand how different experiences can impact outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data from internal and external sources to support strategic decision making.
  • Identify trends and risks relative to overarching scorecard and strategic imperatives.
  • Frame insights into actionable analytic storylines, reports, and dashboards for varied audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging skills, methodologies, and tools to identify potential opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in strategy or business analysis, including data analysis and reporting.
