Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Private Household - SBD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Plan and estimate food requirements for meal preparation, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
- Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
This is a permanent position, with a variable schedule of 10 to 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
