Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Drayton Chop House. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware
  • Serve food and snacks to customers
  • Provide wine and drink recommendations to patrons
  • Operate the cash register and manage beverage sales
  • Store and manage beverage and food products
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks and wine
  • Take orders from serving staff and patrons
Requirements
  • Serving It Right Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 30-40 hours per week
