Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects from conception through completion.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong capability in Marketing automation tools, social media, and data analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of both English and French.
  • Expertise in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency in Marketing automation and email tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Proficiency using WordPress, specifically knowledge in updating and managing websites.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
  • Expertise with Project Management tools, preferably in Trello.
  • Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
