Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset.
- Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects from conception through completion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
- Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with strong capability in Marketing automation tools, social media, and data analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong command of both English and French.
- Expertise in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in Marketing automation and email tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Proficiency using WordPress, specifically knowledge in updating and managing websites.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
- Expertise with Project Management tools, preferably in Trello.
- Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
