Job Title: Quality Assurance Technologist

Mandala Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technologist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to develop and implement quality assurance programs, conduct work measurements, and collect and analyze data. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Conduct work measurements and studies to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Collect and compile operational and experimental data to inform decision-making
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business operations
  • Utilize data analysis software and database software to analyze and present data
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience an asset
  • Basic security clearance
  • Public transportation available
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions
