Job Title: Java Developer

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Java applications that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of the application's functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that the code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Java and related technologies to ensure that our applications remain competitive and efficient.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, and networking.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
