About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Softgoods Associate to join our team at Giant Tiger in St-Jérôme. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including softgoods products and services.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including assisting with purchases and providing recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
