Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Sewer Watermain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and quality control of sewer and watermain projects. If you have a strong background in heavy civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of sewer and watermain projects
  • Manage small to medium-sized crews and workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company safety program and lead by example
  • Coordinate with management for equipment and labor demands
  • Inspect work, correct errors, and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
Requirements
  • 5+ years of supervisor/foreman level of sewer and watermain work
  • 5+ years of managing small to medium-sized crews and workflow
  • Experience and knowledge of heavy equipment, safe operating practices, and procedures
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage tasks to ensure workmanship
  • Must be able to read and interpret drawings
  • Must have excellent knowledge of installations of elevations, pipe installations, and grades
  • Ability to communicate, give direction, and follow up
  • Must be safety-oriented, ability to train new workers, and communicate/mitigate hazards
