Job Responsibilities

  • Provide intermediate engineering and project management support to the solid waste management team.
  • Manage and coordinate small to medium-sized projects.
  • Conduct technical research and technology evaluations.
  • Perform economic analyses, capital cost estimates, and operating cost estimates.
  • Coordinate solid waste planning and facility design.
  • Act as a liaison with clients, develop business opportunities, and prepare proposals.
  • Write reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Eligibility to register as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in solid waste management, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Ability to travel and undertake field work as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
