- Parts and Labour Estimation: Estimate the cost of parts and labour required for repairs and maintenance.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance services to prevent mechanical issues and ensure vehicles are running efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed and problems encountered.
- Training and Development: Coach and instruct apprentices and provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, judgemental, reliable, team player, and punctual.
