About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Nutrition International as a Program Officer, Monitoring, Data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to inform program decisions and drive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with program teams to design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks that meet organizational needs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform program decisions and drive impact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including program teams, donors, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, statistics, or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a global health context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management software, including DHIS2, Excel, and Power BI.
