Aon is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our PathWise Solutions Group (PSG) in Toronto, Ontario.

As part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Consulting to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily hedge reporting and P&L analysis services, providing critical insights into financial performance.
  • Develop sophisticated hedging and asset management strategies, leveraging your expertise in quantitative finance.
  • Construct robust financial asset and liability models, enabling accurate risk assessment and portfolio optimization.
  • Contribute to cutting-edge quantitative research projects, pushing the boundaries of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Design and implement Economic Scenario Generators, simulating various market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support portfolio managers and risk managers by providing actionable analytical insights, contributing to their success.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a quantitative analyst in the financial industry.
  • A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, or finance.
  • Expert knowledge of financial assets and valuation models, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial markets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, enabling you to develop and implement complex financial algorithms.
  • Experience with leading financial software packages such as Numerix and FinCAD, showcasing your proficiency in industry-standard tools.
