About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Yard Associate to join our team at Cubex Ltd. in Brantford, Ontario. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accepting and inspecting incoming stock and materials
  • Organizing and rearranging materials and products in the warehouse and yard as needed
  • Confirming inventory codes and checking labels on items
  • Picking and filling orders from stock, as well as for internal service work orders
  • Working with couriers and LTL shipments
  • Maintaining the warehouse and yard, including sweeping and removing scrap and garbage
  • Assisting the shop with rental equipment returns
  • Ensuring all pathways are kept clear
  • Operating a forklift and small equipment, such as a pallet jack
  • Performing physical tasks, such as lifting or carrying moderately heavy objects

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Shipping experience is an asset
  • Forklift experience is an asset

What We Offer:
