About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at King's Bookkeeping Services Limited. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
