About the Role

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of your store. You'll be responsible for making important decisions that impact business results, developing and empowering your team members, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Make informed decisions that drive business results and improve store performance
