Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Millwright Specialist to join our team at The Bucket Shop Inc. As a Millwright Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery, including conveyor systems, industrial engines, and machining tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in equipment and machinery, and perform repairs as needed.
  • Fabrication and Construction: Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, and construct foundations for machinery.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for repairs and maintenance, and plan and schedule work accordingly.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate machining tools, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and hoisting and lifting equipment as required.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Certifications: Basic security clearance and driving record check (abstract).
