Key Responsibilities:

  • To effectively source and recruit industry professionals by collaborating with operations and the talent acquisition team.
  • To update staffing needs and create job requisitions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • To conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment efforts.
  • To support job fairs and events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • To draft and finalize offer letters to successful candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment environment or in the collision industry.
