Bookkeeper

We are a dynamic food processing company seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
