Employment DetailsStatus: Permanent, Part-Time
Department: NCU
Shift: Days, evenings, nights, weekends
Language Requirement: Bilingualism (French & English) is considered an asset
Compensation: $56.00 per hour (in accordance with the ONA Collective Agreement)
New Graduates and Registered Nurses from outside Ontario may qualify for a $25,000 signing bonus.
Qualifications- Current Certification of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid BCLS/ACLS and IV Therapy Certification is mandatory
- Relevant experience is advantageous
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to adapt to hospital-specific software (e.g., Meditech)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated positive work history and attendance record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
- Commitment to the health and safety of patients, colleagues, volunteers, students, and visitors
- Up-to-date immunizations are required, including COVID-19.
