Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and resolving issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize the return of merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed attractively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
